It was a great honour and privilege to be in Romania, to assist and be a witness in the first ever Chefs' International event in your country. I think you really deserve a grand applause and recognition for this breakthrough, you relly do.
 
I know it is not easy to make the first steps and convince people to assist, contribute and help, but I am convinced that with this event, you gave a clear sign that you and your team want to move on, improve and get better and stronger from now on. The Malta team experience was an unforgettable one, and the boys are over the moon with happiness. Also the president of the Italian Association that we represent was really happy and the news ran all over the Campania region newspapers and websites. I thank you also in their name.
 
As I always told you before, please let me know if I can be of any help to you and your organisation. I have done some trips and promotions with Campania products, with its famous Buffalo mozzarella and Buffalo products, wines, cheeses and typical South Italian Cuisine. They work very good with all races and level of people. Maybe we can discuss such an event also in Your country too.
 
once again, WELL DONE, to everyone involved and I look forward for the next event in Beautiful Romania !!!!! I woul dfind any excuse possible to return !!!
